A major upgrade has been released to our Firebird Merge Modules. These are available for Firebird 1.5.4 and Firebird 2.0.1. The Merge Modules have been completely re-written using WiX scripts. These has enable the development of a unified set of scripts for all versions of Firebird. Example installation scripts are also provided. The new Merge Modules now support both Classic and Super Servers, Automatic Configuration of the Windows Firewall, Lock Down Versions and automated upgrade from previous versions.
